Travel Documents
We suggest all our clients to review their travel documents such as Ticket, Passport and Visa, Labour Card, Travel Insurance Policy, Hotel/Tour Voucher, Credit Card etc… prior to travel. The passenger is solely responsible for compliance with all visas, immigration, customs and health regulations, ordinances, rules and restriction of the countries he is intending to visit and Marmul Travel & Tours LLC accepts no liability or responsibility in connection therewith.
Travel Insurance
We do recommend our clients to obtain necessary insurance against cancellations/loss of baggage/accident/life etc.
Check-in Times
The times shown in this ticket/itinerary are the departure times of the aircraft. Check-in times, as advised by your carrier, are the latest times at which passengers can be accepted for travel allowing necessary time to complete all formalities. Flights cannot be held up for passengers arriving late and no responsibility can be accepted in such cases.
Cancellation/Refund
All refunds are subject to the respective Airline policies, and refund cannot be guaranteed on the fully or partly unused tickets unless the concerned Airline policy allows for the same. Any refund if they are permitted by Airlines will be processed on submission of the original ticket at any of the Marmul Travel & Tours LLC outlet. Existing Airline cancellation charges and Ticket Service Fees are subject to deduction against the gross refund value. Refund Amount if any, will be refunded on the 7th day from the day of receipt of the Original Ticket.
