Cancellation Terms
You may cancel or change your prepaid hotel reservation, but you will be charged the cancellation or change fee indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. In addition, if you do not cancel or change your reservation before the cancellation policy period applicable to the hotel you reserved, which varies by hotel (usually 24 to 72 hours) prior to your date of arrival, you will be subject to a charge of applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges and service fees.
You agree to pay any cancellation or change fees that you incur. In limited cases, some hotels do not permit changes to or cancellations of reservations after they are made, as indicated in the rules and restrictions for the hotel reservation. You agree to abide by the terms and conditions imposed with respect to your prepaid hotel reservations.
Arbitration
If any dispute arises between you and MarmulTravels.com during your use of the Site or thereafter, in connection with and arising from your use or attempt to use this Site, the dispute shall be referred to arbitration. The place of arbitration shall be Muscat. The arbitration proceedings shall be in the English language.
The said arbitration proceedings shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Arbitration act of Sultanate of Oman and modifications thereof as in force at the relevant time.
These terms and conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the sultanate of Oman and any dispute shall exclusively be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate Courts situated at Muscat, Sultanate of Oman.
